Using ToolStack
By using ToolStack, you agree to these terms. You may use the public tools for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Results are informational
Tools provide estimates and transformations based on the information you enter. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Financial, tax, health, payroll, legal, and investment outputs are not professional advice or a substitute for a qualified adviser.
Availability and changes
We may add, modify, limit, or remove tools and features, and may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected.
Intellectual property
The ToolStack name, site design, original explanatory content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you enter and grant only the limited permission needed for the browser or service to process your request.
No warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability where the law allows.
Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, ToolStack and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the service. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
Future paid services
If paid services are introduced, checkout-specific pricing, billing, cancellation, refund, tax, and entitlement terms will be shown before purchase. These public terms do not authorize charges by themselves.
